Shipping at SHIMAEHIJABI

All our products are shipped from the Netherlands to you via a safe, trackable shipping method. We offer free shipping for orders from the Netherlands and Belgium. No code needed; free shipping is applied at checkout and includes import duties.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking link via email, and you can expect your order according to the timeline below. Please note that delivery times are estimates.

Please note that during promotional periods, processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.

SHIMAEHIJABI only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following business day.

If your package arrives damaged due to shipping, please email info@shimaehijabi.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can assist you further.
